Terms of Service
Commission TOS
• I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.• Prices are slightly raised to accommodate online transferring fees.• Prices will be in USD only, and any other currency must be converted to USD.• Payment will go through Ko-Fi. You must donate the exact amount for the commission, or else I will not accept said commission.• I will send at least ONE work in progress image (most likely during lineart phase). In this stage, you may request lineart changes, however, after you approve of the WIP, I will not do any more changes. You may ask for more progress images if desired.• You will not share my legal name, state, address, or any other personal information exchanged strictly for commission purposes with anyone online for any reason.• I will not start until the commission is fully paid upfront.• Turnaround Time varies based on motivation, commission type, complexity and of course real life situations. I am a real person with a life outside of the screen, not a machine, please be respectful of this.• If you have a unique situation regarding time you need the commission by, just communicate.
Image Permissions
• You may use art you have commissioned from me for icons, wallpapers, etc for personal use, as long as you give credit to me somewhere• You may crop or trim my art. However, you are not allowed to trace it or use to train AI. Ask me before editting the art.• Do not remove my watermark/signature.• You may not sell my art anywhere.• I have the right to share any of my art with my friends or others, as well as on my examples page.
Refund Information
• I will not do refunds when the commission is started or fully finished.• I can give a refund when the commission is not started yet, however, the refund may be delayed due to the money I receive being directly used for my living.• I will edit any mistakes/errors I make with the character(s) in the art piece until 1 month after the commission was finished.
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service and confirm that you have read each bullet point, and that this is legally binding.
